Product Information
Artwork RequirementsBlack & White Camera Ready or Electronic artwork is required for the best reproduction. We would prefer to receive art files in Adobe Illustrator or TIFF format. Scorecards or Letterheads are usually acceptable for color designation. Faxes are not considered camera ready art. Original artwork and one (1) change is included in price. Each additional change will incur a $10.00 art charge.
EmbroideryAvailable on a variety of products in the catalog as noted. Unless included optional logo embroidery is available up to 7,000 stitches as $3.75 per logo and $.25 per additional 1,000 stitches. Tape charge (if not supplied) $150.00 net.
EngravingDeep Etch & Diamond Cut Engraving available on Money Clips, Key Chains, Metal Bag Tags and Medallions. $2.50 Individual names. $1.50 Initials (3 max.) Laster engraving available at $2.95 per name/line.
Extra Color/Side ImprintContact customer service for pricing information regarding additional imprint colors not included in price shown.
Over Runs/Under RunsEvery effort will be made to ship the quantity ordered, however, custom produced merchandise is subject to a 5% over or under run.
Packaging InformationTournament Boxes are available for some products add $1.00. Money Clips, Key Chains, Metal Bag Tags, Divot Repair Tools and select tournament/retail gifts are available with optional packaging, please contact Customer Service for specifics.
Photo InformationPrecise and exciting photographic images with unique full color print graduation available in a 4-color process on our Photo Bag Tags, Photo Ball Marker, Photo Divot Tool, and Photo Throws. Images can be taken from websites, brochures, scorecards, or photographs as long as we have a minimum of 300 dpi with a 600 dpi suggested. Lower dpi runs the risk of being jagged and reproducing poorly.

CancellationsAll orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled without written factory authorization. Orders canceled after the start of production will be liable for the cost incurred.
Credit Card InformationWe accept Visa/MasterCard for payment of your invoices.
Delivery & Shipping InformationNormal delivery 3-5 weeks depending on product/quantity. F.O.B. Factory. Normal method of shipping is UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Sports Link will make every effort to meet your needs at no extra charge. However, additional shipping charges may be incurred for Rush Deliveries (i.e. Fed-Ex, Next Day, etc.).

Large OrdersOrders over $3,000.00 must have a signed Purchase Order or the order must be signed by the party responsible for payment.
Payment TermsNet 30 days upon credit approval. Allow 1-2 weeks for credit approval process. Finance charge of 15% annual rate will be charged on accounts over 45 days past due.
PricingPricing for the 2008 Sports Link catalog is effective January 1, 2008.
ReturnsAll merchandise will require a return authorization number issued by our Customer Service Department prior to return.
Sales TaxWe are required by law to collect all applicable sales tax for the State of Massachusetts only. Companies, individuals and/or organizations exempt from sales tax should provide us with their Resale Certificate when a new account is opened.
